Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product, without giving any reason.

How to Withdraw
Use the withdrawal function via the button above. Enter your email address and order number and confirm your decision. You will then receive a confirmation by email. You may also withdraw from the purchase by notifying us of your decision in another clear manner, for example by email to hello@madlady.com. Please use this method if your order has not yet been shipped and does not appear in the withdrawal function.

Return of Goods
Return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, to: Ringugnsgatan 5, 216 16 Limhamn, Sweden. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.
