Accessibility
Introduction
MADLADY strives to provide an online store that is accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability. Our goal is to create an inclusive experience for all our customers.
Standards and Guidelines
We base our work on international accessibility guidelines, in particular the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Levels A and AA as well as the European standard EN 301 549, in accordance with applicable EU requirements.
We also monitor the development of WCAG 2.2 and future standards to ensure that our approach can be updated over time.
Current Status
Our online store is partially accessible according to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This means that many parts of the site work well for users of assistive technologies, but some functions are not yet fully adapted.
We have not carried out a complete external audit, but we are continuously working to identify and improve accessibility as our resources allow.
Our Improvement Efforts
We view accessibility as an ongoing process and plan to:
- Evaluate the site with accessibility tools and assistive technology (e.g. screen readers)
- Ensure that new features and third-party solutions are reviewed from an accessibility perspective
- Keep our team updated on accessibility requirements and legislation
- Continuously address any barriers reported by our users

We welcome feedback that can help us improve and carefully review every submission.
Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee complete accessibility in all parts of the online store, particularly where we depend on third-party solutions (e.g. external apps or integrations). Our commitment is to continuously work on improvements and take user feedback into account to gradually enhance accessibility.
