Shipping & Delivery
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address you provided. It may take up to 24 hours before you receive the confirmation. If you have not received an email within that time, please contact our customer service via hello@madlady.com.
Address Details
Please make sure your contact details are correct when placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot change an incorrect email address afterwards, but contact us and we will help forward the information to the correct address.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email including a tracking link. If the link does not work, you can always track your package directly on the carrier’s website using your tracking number:
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and stock availability. If any item in your order has a longer delivery time, the entire order will be shipped once all items are in stock. Normal delivery times are 2-5 business days to most countries.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for your order is 49 SEK and will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Uncollected Packages
For packages that are not collected, a fee of 175 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
Order Cancellations
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, we cannot cancel an order that has already been processed.
